I'm a qualified counsellor and sexual health advisor, with over 20 years' experience working in both the NHS and university settings.
If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, panic attacks or self-harm, or just need a safe place to talk, I’m here to help. I offer both counselling for adults and for young people, aged 12+, here in Honiton.
If you'd prefer to connect from home, I also offer online sessions so you can talk from a space you're comfortable in.

I take a warm and compassionate approach to counselling, so that each session is completely centred on you. I want you to feel safe, heard, and truly supported as we discuss the different pathways and challenges you're facing.
Every story is unique, and I strive to create a space where you can understand yourself and your experiences more deeply.
With over 20 years in both the NHS and university settings as a sexual health advisor, I have a wealth of experience in supporting people. Today, I work with adults and young people, from ages twelve and onwards, offering help with a range of emotions and circumstances.
Through my role as a creative supervisor, I'm able to offer my therapy at discounted rates for students in Honiton. This is also where I run the Heron Farm Wellbeing Cafe, providing free support every Monday morning for the local community.
